Agreement

By using cloudsignalpath.digital and requesting services from Cloudsignalpath Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Services

We provide trade marketing services focused on shelf visibility programs, including audits, planogram and bay design, POS and display kits, in-store execution waves, promotional visibility sprints, and trade team training. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate written brief or confirmation defines scope, timing, fees, and deliverables for paid work.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a binding order until we confirm in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate category information, store lists, brand guidelines, and retailer access or introductions needed for fieldwork. Delays in access, approvals, or materials may shift timelines.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing brand assets remain yours. Planograms, reports, artwork, and training materials we create for a confirmed engagement are licensed for your internal trade use as stated in the engagement confirmation. Site content, branding, and design of cloudsignalpath.digital remain ours.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from retail outcomes beyond our agreed deliverables. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Phuket unless we agree otherwise in writing.
